Then it travels like a crystal pilgrim:

Yep, you’ll get a tracking link once it ships. Stalking is encouraged (only for parcels though).

If it's unused and unopened, sure—within 14 days.

That’s a no from us. Drop a note within 7 days and we’ll fix it (refund or replace).

Q: do I pay for return shipping?
If it’s our bad (damaged, wrong item, etc), we cover it.
