You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:

💌 How to Start a Return
To request a return, please leave us a message via the Contact Us page.
Once approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions.
📦 Returns must be requested before sending anything back.
Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us via the Contact Us page as soon as possible so we can make it right.

🔁 Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend returning it first.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
🇪🇺 EU Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union:
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.
Items must be returned unused, with original tags and packaging, plus proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
